With more than 20 years of experience working in Florida’s coastal and rural communities—from Amelia Island to Key West—Heather brings real-world expertise in infrastructure, planning, and business. She has effected nearly $1B in funded infrastructure, with $250 million in st. Johns County alone.

As a lifelong entrepreneur, she knows how to turn ideas into action—connecting local priorities with funding strategies to deliver results. she is not afraid to fight big developers, taking them head on, ensuring residents needs are met first.

Heather is running to bring a common-sense, winning strategy. as a mother to a st. Johns County public school student, she is focused on serving families and our future.
